Which lure for burbot?
Burbot is a bottom and night fish: bait on the bottom after dark, in winter a burbot jig with a piece of fish. Spawning is midwinter.

When burbot feed
The burbot season is the reverse of other species: it feeds best in midwinter, January–February, around spawning, jigged through the ice after dark. In autumn once water cools below 8 °C burbot start moving and take bait on the bottom at night. In summer they sit in cold deep holes.
